Zendaya and Holland’s relationship was known by fans of the Marvel series before the pair confirmed they were dating in January.
The 22-year-old actress referred to Holland as “my boyfriend, OK?” when asked how she felt about fans asking her about her relationship.
Shortly after the press conference, Holland said he and his 25-year-old girlfriend would answer no more questions about the relationship.
“All I can say is I don’t want to talk about it because it’s over, I think it’s stupid,” he said.
“Don’t ask me questions about it, I’m just not interested anymore, man. I’m just over it.
“Just give me a break. It’s not like we don’t date.”
The couple were among a slew of celebrities including Michael Jackson’s former wife Debbie Rowe, Australian singer and actress Jessica Mauboy and US actress Nicole Kidman who joined Spider-Man: Far From Home director Jon Watts at the press conference.
The Far From Home, the third instalment in the superhero franchise, will be released in cinemas worldwide on 8 July 2019.
